The Foggy Forest Drone: Direction

The Mission: 

Navigate the drone through the foggy forest to find the treasure! You must determine the exact Compass Direction from a specific starting landmark (like a Tree, Cave, or Cabin) to the hidden Treasure Chest.

Math Skills:

• Compass Directions: Using an 8-point compass (N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW).

• Map Reading: Understanding relative positions and spatial orientation on a 2D plane.

• Angle Visualization: Matching a physical angle on the map to a standard compass direction.

  
  

How to Play:

1. Find the Landmarks: Read the question at the top to identify your Starting Point and your target.

2. Use the Compass: Drag the floating compass and snap it directly onto your starting landmark.

3. Enter Direction: Look at where the target is located relative to your compass, then click the correct direction button on the D-Pad.

4. Need a Hint? If you get lost in the fog, click the Show Hint button! It will provide you with an extra visual clue to help you find the correct direction.
