The Mission: 

Use the interactive scanner to locate and match equivalent fractions on dual number lines, then complete the equation to verify your findings.


Math Skills:

  • Equivalent Fractions: Identifying fractions that represent the same value using number lines.

  • Fraction Mapping: Visualizing how different numerators and denominators align on a proportional scale.


How to Play:

  1. Read the target fraction prompt displayed at the top of the screen.

  2. Drag the Scanner tool across the dual number lines to align it with the correct equivalent position.

  3. Once locked in place, an interactive equation box will appear at the bottom.

  4. Type the missing numerator or denominator into the input box and click the Check button to finish the round!
