Magic Potion Lab: Equivalent Fractions

• The Mission: 

  Welcome to the Wizard's Lab! To brew a successful spell, you must replicate the Master Potion. However, your beaker has different markings than the Master's beaker. You must create an Equivalent Fraction—a potion that looks different in numbers but has the exact same amount of liquid.

  
  

• Math Skills:

  • Equivalent Fractions: Learning that 1/3 is equal to 2/6 or 3/9.

  • Scaling: Multiplying the numerator and denominator by the same number.

  • Proportions: Visualizing how parts relate to the whole.

    
    

• How to Play:

  1. Observe the Target: Look at the Master Potion on the left. It shows a specific fraction (e.g., 1/3).

  2. Cut the Beaker: On your beaker (right side), use the Slider to change how many parts the beaker is divided into (changing the Denominator).

  3. Fill the Liquid: As you add more divisions, adjust the liquid level (the Numerator) so it matches the height of the Master Potion exactly.

  4. Check the Math: Notice that even though your numbers are bigger (e.g., 3/9), the volume is the same as the target (1/3).

  5. Mix: Click "Mix" to brew. If the fractions are equivalent, the magic spell succeeds!

  2. 分割燒杯: 在你的燒杯（右側），使用 滑桿 來改變燒杯被分成了多少份（改變 分母）。

  3. 注入液體: 當你增加刻度時，調整液體的高度（分子），使其與大師魔藥的水位完全一致。

  4. 檢查數值: 留意雖然你的數字變大了（例如變成 3/9），但 容量 與目標（1/3）是一樣的。

  5. 調製: 點擊 「混合」(Mix)。如果分數是等值的，魔法就會成功！
