The Bulldozer Leveler: Visualizing Mean

The Mission:
The construction site is uneven! Some piles of dirt are too high, and some are too low. Your job is to find the perfect Average Height (Mean). You must set a "laser level" so that the excess dirt from the high piles perfectly fills the gaps in the low piles.
Math Skills:
Arithmetic Mean: Understanding "Average" as a process of redistribution or leveling.
Balancing Data: Learning that the total amount above the mean must equal the total amount below the mean.
Estimation: Visually estimating the center value of a data set.
How to Play:
Analyze the Piles: Look at the different heights of the dirt piles.
Set the Level: Tap or click anywhere on the screen to set your Laser Level line.
Check the Balance: Look at the top stats:
Excess (Red): How much dirt is above your line.
Gap (Blue): How much empty space is below your line.
Match Them: Adjust your line up or down until the Excess equals the Gap.
Bulldoze: Click the CHECK button. If you are correct, the bulldozer will move the dirt to flatten the ground perfectly!
