The Cinema Queue

The Mission:
It's movie time, but the line is confusing! Help calculate the Total Number of people in the cinema ticket queue. Read the word problem describing how many people are in front of or behind the main character, physically drag them into line, and find the total!
Math Skills:
Position & Direction: Understanding the spatial concepts of "in front of" and "behind".
Ordinal Numbers: Translating words like "1st, 2nd, 3rd" into physical positions in a line.
Addition Equations: Building the final equation: Front + 1 + Back = Total.
How to Play:
Read the Question: Look at the text box at the top to see the instructions for queuing.
Drag the Stickmen: Drag the stick figure people from the Waiting Area to the Front Zone (left side) or Back Zone (right side) of the main character.
Calculate: Click the Calculate Total button to check your answer.
Next Level: The game will automatically count the people and show you the final addition equation. Click the Next Question button to advance to the next Level!
