Division Mission: Leave No One Behind

The Mission:

Help sort people or items into groups, but be careful—no one can be left behind! Figure out how to handle the "remainders" by calculating if an extra group is needed.


Math Skills:

  • Division with Remainders: Solving division problems where there is a leftover amount.

  • Rounding Up (Ceiling Method): Understanding real-world scenarios where a remainder requires an entire additional container or group (e.g., needing 4 cars for 13 people).


How to Play:

  1. Read the story problem and observe the total number of items and the required group size.

  2. Click the Action button to watch the items automatically group themselves, revealing the leftover remainder.

  3. Read the follow-up question asking how many total groups/containers are needed to fit everyone.

  4. Type your calculated answer into the box and click the Submit button. If correct, proceed using the Next button!

任務簡介:

  3. 閱讀後續的提問，思考總共需要多少個組別/容器才能裝下「所有人」。

  4. 將你計算出的答案輸入框中並點擊 「提交」(Submit) 按鈕。如果答對了，點擊 「下一題」(Next) 繼續！
