Division Mission: Make the Most of It

The Mission:

Maximize your resources! Divide items into full groups and determine what happens to the leftovers when incomplete groups are not allowed.


Math Skills:

  • Division with Remainders: Calculating quotients and identifying remainders.

  • Rounding Down (Floor Method): Understanding real-world scenarios where remainders must be dropped because a full group cannot be formed (e.g., buying full boxes of pencils).


How to Play:

  1. Read the scenario at the top to find the total items and the required size for a complete group.

  2. Click the Action button to divide the items and see what is left over in the pool area.

  3. Read the follow-up question. Calculate the maximum number of full, complete groups you successfully made.

  4. Type your answer in the box and click Submit. After reviewing the feedback, click Next for a new mission!

除法任務: 物盡其用


任務簡介:

將資源發揮到極致！將物品分成完整的組別，並判斷當不允許出現「不完整組別」時，該如何處理剩下的物品。


數學技能:

  • 有餘數的除法: 計算商數並找出餘數。

  • 無條件捨去 (Rounding Down): 理解現實生活中，因為無法湊齊完整一組而必須捨棄餘數的情境（例如：購買完整包裝的鉛筆）。


玩法說明:

  1. 閱讀頂部的情境，找出物品總數以及組成一個「完整」組別所需的大小。

  2. 點擊 「行動」(Action) 按鈕將物品分組，並查看池子裡剩下了什麼。

  3. 閱讀後續提問。計算出你成功湊齊了多少個 完整、滿額 的組別。

  4. 在框內輸入你的答案並點擊 「提交」(Submit)。查看回饋後，點擊 「下一題」(Next) 進行新任務！
