Time Builder: Seconds Factory
The Mission:
Convert a given amount of minutes and seconds entirely into seconds by filling out a visual energy bar and completing the mathematical equations!
Math Skills:
Time Conversion: Knowing that 1 minute equals 60 seconds.
Multiplication: Multiplying the number of minutes by 60.
Addition: Adding the extra seconds to the converted minutes to find the total sum.
How to Play:
Look at the two cute robots at the top to see the target time (e.g., minutes and seconds).
Click the [ + 60 ] button to add full minute blocks to the energy bar.
For the remaining seconds, drag the handle on the slider to fill the pink bar exactly. Click the Check Model button.
If correct, the game moves to the next step. Click the blue blocks to build the multiplication equation, then click the pink block to build the addition equation. Finally, click Submit Answer to finish the round! Helper Note: A "↔ Swipe left/right to view" scroll hint appears on smaller screens to help you navigate the track.
