Fraction Packing Factory
The Mission:
You are working in a factory where you must pack loose fraction blocks into complete "wholes" to fulfil customer orders!
Math Skills:
Improper Fractions: Converting top-heavy fractions into mixed numbers.
Grouping & Remainders: Visualizing how a denominator dictates the size of one "whole," and finding what is left over.
How to Play:
Read The Order at the top of the screen to see the improper fraction required.
Click the Pack into Wholes! button to watch the loose blocks automatically group into full boxes with red circles.
Count the full boxes and the leftover blocks, then type the mixed number into the input fields.
Click the Check Answer button (checkmark icon) to submit!
